Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients and how to cook Glazed Pork Chops, quantities for 4 people: 2 kg/ 4 1/2 lb pork spareribs.
For the marinade:
  1. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  2. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon honey
  4. 125 ml/ 4 fl oz (1/2 cup) sherry
  5. 1 tablespoon kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon five-spice powder 
  8. salt, coarsely ground pepper

Preparation cook Glazed Pork Chops Recipes: Whisk all the ingredients for the marinade together. Marinade the pork chops in this mixture overnight. Preheat the ovaen to the highest temperature. Take the chops out of the marinade, place on a rack with a roasting tin underneath and cook for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 celcius, Gas mark 6. Baste regurly with the remaining marinade. The dish is very delicious served with pak choi, soya bean (soybean) sprouts or Swiss chard and white rice.
