Oven Fried Chichen Legs Spicy
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
10 chicken legs, skinned

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Pour the oil evenly over the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch baking pan; set aside.

In a large bowl combine the actual baking mix, paprika, Cajun flavoring, seasoned salt, garlic clove powder, Italian flavoring and black pepper; blend well. Pour combination into a paper bag large enough to shake chicken in.

Add the chicken thighs, a few at a time according to the size of the tote, and shake bag to coat thighs well. Arrange the actual legs on the cooking pan.

1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed cut into pieces approximately 3-inchs
water
1 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb cooked chicken breast, sliced
4 whole-wheat split and toasted English muffins
2 med tomatoes, sliced
paprika for garnish

In a soup pot, cover the asparagus with water and bring to a boil. Include and cook Two minutes or until crisp tender. Deplete and set aside.

Utilizing the same saucepan, combine the sour cream, fresh lemon juice, mustard and salt; cook on low till heated through; remove from the heat. Comfortable chicken in microwave if necessary.
